Peppercorn from Sarawak left on the vine until ripe, picked by hand, and washed in cool, running spring water for up to two weeks, to remove its skin and fruit thoroughly, the seeds are then sun-dried thus made White Pepper.
Sarawak White Pepper is famous for its robust flavour and uniform white colour. It is excellent in enhancing many dishes and in the making of sauces, seasonings or condiments.
Sarawak White Pepper has gained international recognition by chefs and gourmets as one of the favourite pepper products due to its distinctive flavour and fine taste perfected through years of local government funded agro-researches.
